MyWorkChoice believes in the power of adjustable work arrangements. They help organizations implement employee programs that center around a key message: flexibility and productivity can co-exist. They tasked Beacon Digital Marketing with a series of paid campaigns focused on authentic people who wished to design their work schedules around their life. This campaign launched with the return-to-office push, right after the initial wave of COVID-19 shutdowns. MyWorkChoice offered to test employees, which we also promoted using atypical language, like "Bring your negativity to work."
